PTK GB Ltd. have in depth knowledge of both steel selection, product performance and tablet press configuration ensuring you receive a turret which is suitable for your product and application.

We provide long lasting turrets manufactured from a selection of high quality steel and alloys including: cast iron, tool steel, stainless steel and others.To combat problematic powders we will work with you to recommend suitable die tables in special coatings such as chrome to reduce sticking, or hardened steels to create wear resistant surfaces.

All turrets are provided with a "certification of engineering" showing turret manufacturing tolerances.

AFTER SALES / TURRET INSTALLATION SERVICE
We provide full support for all our clients including a turret fitting service. Our engineers can fit your turret onsite, or at our premises depending on your needs. We can also carry out machine inspection prior to you purchasing turrets.
