PTK tablet presses now contain both upper and lower punches on turret change, driving down turret change times even lower with complete machine change over achievable in 30 minutes.
Change over times can be optimised using additional change parts with spare turrets pre-tooled to include the lower tooling.
Easy to remove lower cams, quick release dust extraction and removable turret, means access for cleaning is made very easy with proven real life product changes at sub 2 hours.
